I tried to save my navigation points but when I clicked on the save button and then restarted Captain! the new points were not there.
This is a "focus" problem with the editor . You probably left your cursor in an edit cell of the navigation window. When you go to click on SAVE make sure that it has received the focus - ie there should be arectanlge drawn around the word SAVE on the SAVE button. To be safe you can also double click on any of the buttons to makesure that the focus is taken away from a cell to the other buttons.
